Return & Exchanges
We hope you will love your KONÉ piece — each item is carefully crafted to last for many years. But if, for any reason, it is not quite right, we will of course help you return or exchange it.

The holiday season is upon us — and we hope that KONÉ bags will find their way onto wishlists around the world.
To make gifting easy, we offer full returns throughout January on all holiday purchases.
We ship worldwide — so your gift can travel wherever it is meant to go.
How to make a return
If you wish to return your purchase, please write to us at customerservice@koneofficial.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Your item should be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will confirm it by email and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the amount to appear in your account — processing times vary between banks.
Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange your item — perhaps for another size, colour or style — just reach out to us. We will do our best to accommodate your request or help you find the right piece.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
A few notes
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Items that are used, damaged, or returned later than 14 days may unfortunately not be eligible for a full refund.
