Repair Service

At KONÉ, we believe that true luxury lies in longevity — in creating products meant to last and be cared for over time. Every bag is made to accompany you for years, and when needed, to be repaired rather than replaced.

We offer a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all KONÉ products. Should you experience an issue with the quality of your purchase, we will gladly repair or replace the item.

If you wish to send your bag for repair, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@koneofficial.com with a photo clearly showing the issue. We will review the case and advise you on the next steps.

For bags older than two years, we are still happy to extend their life through our paid repair service. The cost is 500 DKK, which includes shipping and a hand repair performed by our skilled Italian artisans at Tamerice S.R.L., our long-term manufacturing partner in Italy.

Please allow up to three months for repairs, as all items are carefully returned to Italy for professional assessment and restoration. Each claim is evaluated individually to ensure the best possible outcome for your product.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, abrasion, exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or normal wear and tear.
