RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns and exchanges. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return the item in its original unused conditions, with its packaging and the original receipt. Please contact customerservice@koneofficial.com beforehand so we know your package is on its way.

Please return your product via a traceable shipping method with insurance to:
KONÉ / Yvonne Koné ApS, Glentevej 70B, 2400 Copenhagen NV, Denmark.
Please ensure the package is delivered directly to the above address, as orders delivered for pickup will be returned to you.

The cost of returning merchandise is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for items lost. Refunds may be issued after receiving the returned product safely. If we are satisfied with the condition of the item, we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost.

In the rare situation that you didn’t received your money back two weeks after we processed your refund, please check with your bank as well as with your credit card company, as delays may occur. If the transaction cannot be retrieved, please contact us at customerservice@koneofficial.com.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange your item for an alternative, please send us a mail at customerservice@koneofficial.com. We will only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order, if the item is in its original, unused condition, with its packaging. The original receipt must be included with every exchange.

GUARANTEE

KONÉ guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects, for up to two years after purchase. You are entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Expect the repair process to take a month, as all claims are shipped back to our producers in Italy. Please note manufacturing defects are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We do not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, abrasion, and exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or normal wear and tear.

INFORMATION ACCURACY

At KONÉ we aim to provide information on our site as accurately as possible, but human and technological errors may occur. We are not responsible for typographical mistakes, inaccuracies or omissions in pricing, availability, product descriptions or pictures. Please note that customers’ display and settings of electronic devices may alter the colours of products. We cannot be held accountable for delivery times, delays and fluctuating exchange rates. We reserve the right to correct, change or update the site content without prior notice.
