SHIPPING TO US

All prices include local taxes, customs and shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. States through FedEx or UPS. Orders will arrive within 4-6 working days.

Note that we do not deliver to a PO Box. While we do everything within our power to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered on time, Yvonne Koné ApS cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or loss of orders due to circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING TO EU/NON-EU

Orders are sent from our Copenhagen office with GLS, GLS pakkeshop, FedEx or UPS. Items will be shipped out as soon as possible after we receive a verified payment.

Please allow 2-6 working days to receive your package. Note that we do not deliver to a PO Box. We offer free shipping on non-sale orders of 3000 DKK and above. If you have any further enquiries regarding the shipping of your order, emails us at shop@yvonnekone.com.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note that all international deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and duties, and you will be responsible for these costs.

Denmark: 60 DKK including VAT (approx. 8 Euro)
Norway & Iceland: 250 DKK including VAT (approx. 34 Euro)
Rest of the world: 150 DKK including VAT (approx. 20 Euro)

International orders above 400 €: free shipping

Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through Yvonne Koné.
